Return request

Items can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery if they are not damaged or stained. The buyer pays return shipping. Tell us about your order and we’ll email you return instructions.

How returns work

  1. Send this form. Include a photo if anything is wrong.
  2. We reply by email with return instructions and where to send it.
  3. Ship it back with tracking (buyer pays return shipping).
  4. Refund to your original payment method once it arrives and is checked.
