How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
United States $9 (about 3–5 business days), Canada $22 (6–12), Europe $38 (7–14), all other countries $45 (10–25), after the order ships. Pick your region in the cart to see it before paying.
How long do custom orders take?
It depends on the design. We confirm the timing with your quote before you pay.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 2 weeks of delivery, if it isn’t damaged or stained. Custom orders too. You pay return shipping. Start with the return request form and we’ll email instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Choose Canada, Europe or All other countries in your cart and enter your address. Customs duties, if any, are paid by the buyer.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. You can also pay with Zelle from your bank app; choose “Pay with Zelle” in your cart and your order ships once payment arrives.We take Zelle: choose “Pay with Zelle” in your cart, place your order, then send the total from your bank app. Your order ships once payment arrives. How do I care for my bag?
Most crochet pieces do best spot cleaned with a damp cloth, reshaped and air dried. Ask us if you’re unsure about your piece.
